Responsibly Sourced Papers
Our factories in different location are FSC™ Chain-of-custody (CoC) certificate holder. With our wide array of options for paper-based hang tags and packaging, including FSC™-certified papers and recycled post-consumer waste paper substrates, we help our customers create products that contribute to global conservation, community well-being and economic stability.
The Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC™) is an organization that defines a strict set of standards that paper products must meet in order to prove that they are truly environmentally and socially responsible. The Chain-of-Custody process ensures our customers that the FSC™-certified products they purchase are coming from responsibly managed sources.
Alternative Options
We also offer alternative eco-friendly alternative solutions that utilize nonconventional materials:
Stone Paper
Manufactured from calcium carbonate bonded with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Besides eliminating the need to harvest trees, stone paper is an environmentally-friendly option because it does not require water in the manufacturing process.
Cotton Paper
Cotton is the purest form of cellulose produced in nature and it requires the least amount of processing before it can be used to make high quality paper.
Sugarcane Paper
JFZ’s sugarcane paper uses bagasse, a fibrous by-product of sugarcane processing, as an alternative source of paper fibre. By utilizing this agricultural residue, it helps make productive use of existing resources and can reduce reliance on virgin wood pulp. Where responsibly sourced and processed, sugarcane paper can support agricultural by-product recovery, diversify fibre sources, and offer brands a more resource-conscious option for labels and packaging.
Bamboo Paper
JFZ’s bamboo paper offers an alternative to conventional wood-pulp paper by using bamboo as a renewable fibre source. Bamboo’s rapid growth and ability to regenerate after harvesting can reduce reliance on traditional wood fibres when responsibly cultivated and processed. It provides a resource-conscious option for labels and packaging, supporting more diversified fibre sourcing and responsible material choices.
Plant-based Plastic
An alternative to petroleum based plastics, sugarcane and corn starch plastics are compostable, renewable and require less energy to produce.
Cotton Paper
Cotton is the purest form of cellulose produced in nature and it requires the least amount of processing before it can be used to make high quality paper.
PEVA
Polyethylene vinyl acetate (PEVA) is a chloride free alternative that is nontoxic and biodegradable.
